In 2021, WAY Capital closed $25.2 million in senior construction financing for Geneva @ Venice, a 54-unit mixed-use luxury apartment development in Downtown Culver City, Los Angeles. The Project, developed by a WAY-sourced joint venture between Geneva Street Partners and ESI Ventures, is a seven-story building that combines market-rate and affordable housing with ground-floor retail, private balconies, a rooftop terrace, and other high-end amenities.
Located in the heart of Culver City’s growing tech and entertainment hub—home to Apple, Amazon Studios, HBO, and Sony Pictures which addresses strong demand for quality housing near major employers. The Project was fully entitled with permits secured prior to financing, and Geneva @ Venice was viewed as a favorable lending opportunity. WAY Capital’s execution ensured the $25.2 million construction loan would support all development milestones for the project, with delivery expected in 3Q23.
