Garrett focuses on land & housing capital markets—including multifamily, build-to-rent, and residential for-sale—advising owners and investors nationwide on debt structuring, equity placement, and complex financing solutions. He brings experience from both the principal and advisory side, having completed more than $200MM in transactions across the sector.

Prior to joining WAY, Garrett held senior roles at LFB Ventures and Township Capital, and previously worked at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate and Marcus & Millichap. He earned a B.A. in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was also a member of the Men’s Basketball team.
