As a Financial Analyst at WAY Capital, I conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support investment decisions and client strategies. I prepare detailed offering memoranda to facilitate communication with clients and capital providers, and collaborate closely with developers and lenders throughout the investment process.

Prior to WAY Capital, I worked as a Section 8 & LIHTC Development Analyst at Lincoln Avenue Communities and at Steele Properties, where I gained experience in development underwriting and navigating regulatory requirements for tax credit projects.

I hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I developed strong analytical and design skills that inform my approach to real estate finance and development.

Originally from Denver, I’m a passionate supporter of my Colorado sports teams – the Broncos, Buffaloes, Avalanche, Nuggets, and Rockies. In my free time, I enjoy fly fishing, painting, playing soccer and pickup basketball.
