Yang-Yang Guo is an Associate at WAY Capital. Her main responsibilities include the creation of the offering memorandum and underwriting. Prior to joining WAY, Yang-Yang was a medical scribe in Rheumatology at UCLA Health but transitioned from medicine to real estate finance.

Yang-Yang received her B.S. in Psychobiology from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). White at UCLA, she was a member of Delta Gamma sorority, UCLA’s Pediatric AIDS Coalition, Haiti Solidarity Club, and MEDLIFE Mobile Clinic Club. She was actively involved in the LA community as a weekly volunteer in hospice care.

In her spare time, Yang-Yang enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, running, and spending as much time as possible at the beach. She loves to travel and is a foodie at heart.
