Mr. Penrose is an Analyst with WAY Capital and joined the team in 2022. His responsibilities include providing the team with market research, preparation of investment memorandum, financial modeling assistance, and maintaining client and capital provider relationships.

Before joining the firm as an Analyst, Hunter completed a three-month internship with WAY Capital. Prior to this, he interned with the commercial real estate firm CBRE over two separate summers, where he gained invaluable knowledge in the office leasing and commercial real estate industry, gaining insights into various product types and markets.

Hunter earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. At USC, he was a manager for the USC Men’s Basketball Team and a member of the Trojan Real Estate Association. In his spare time, Hunter enjoys snowboarding, golfing, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
