Debbie Dorsee has more than two decades of experience in business development and community relations. She is skilled at opening doors, forging partnerships, and driving results. Her duties include identifying and cultivating equity relationships, managing client relations, and developing business.
Over her career, she has put her skills to work for small businesses, real estate developers and builders, real estate industry associations, elected officials, and nonprofit organizations to advance a variety of initiatives.
Her wide range of experience has also involved helping facilitate approval of development projects with counties and municipalities, working from the planning group level to final approval from local, state, and federal agencies. She has also helped coordinate group and individual rebuilds for fire survivors in multiple California communities, totaling many hundreds of homes.
Debbie’s unique business development background spanning several aspects of the commercial real estate industry has allowed her to develop a broad base of contacts and a multi-faceted understanding of real estate development, redevelopment, and investment.
Debbie earned a bachelor’s degree in design and applied arts from San Diego State University, and she has been involved with Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association in a variety of roles.
