Mr. Rollins is an Associate with WAY Capital and joined the team in 2023. His responsibilities include maintaining client and capital provider relationships, assisting in the development of marketing initiatives, and market research.

Before joining WAY, Alex worked as an associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. Prior to this, he interned at JLL where he gained valuable insight in the industrial leasing industry throughout the Phoenix market.

Alex earned his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business. At Virginia Tech, he was involved in the Real Estate Club and Theta Chi fraternity. 

In his spare time, Alex enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
